How I Started This Journey…

Since 2017, I’ve been living a life far from the traditional path. Originally from Canada, I packed up and moved abroad to China in 2017, where I lived for four years, diving deep into a completely different culture, language, and way of life. After my time in Asia, I spent some time exploring and living throughout Europe.

But it was South America that really captured my heart.
Since arriving in Latin America many years ago, I’ve called multiple countries home and traveled extensively throughout the region. Today, I live full-time in South America, embracing the slower, more intentional way of living that this part of the world does so well.

My journey as an expat, traveler, and digital nomad has given me first-hand experience navigating visas, local life, housing, healthcare, and finding a true sense of community abroad. I know what it’s like to move to a new country without knowing a soul, to build a life from scratch, and to create a fulfilling lifestyle in a place far from “home.”
